Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the original tags on the unworn garments and pack them securely in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
